We are delighted to invite our Reimagining the Region members to join the Centre for the New Midlands and RSM for a panel discussion on how the region is tackling race disparities across the West Midlands.
The event will be held on Wednesday 21st June, 5pm-8pm at Eighteen, 103 Colmore Row in Birmingham.
Our panel will highlight a number of key initiatives across the West Midlands aimed at tackling race disparities across the West Midlands, including the West Midlands Race Equalities Taskforce’s strategy for 2023-2028 and The RACE Code (Reporting, Action, Composition and Education) which was established in 2020 by Karl George MBE. The panel will then explore their experiences and ambitions for enhancing EDI representation across the West Midlands and beyond, before opening the floor to questions and comments from our audience.
Our guests will then be invited to continue networking over drinks and canapes, with stunning views across Birmingham from the region’s newest skyscraper.
