Paul Woods is a chartered town planner with over 30 years’ experience within the public and private sectors. He is an Infrastructure Planning Director at WSP, having previously led the Birmingham Planning Team at Woods Hardwick. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Edge 4 Planning based in central Milton Keynes, having spent 3 years as Planning Director and Head of Infrastructure at GL Hearn in London.
Paul has managed multi-disciplinary teams, acted as expert witness at numerous planning inquiries and hearings and has led on a wide range of planning and development schemes, including large scale infrastructure projects, town centre developments and commercial and residential schemes.
