Leon Emirali is a communications adviser, entrepreneur and investor. In 2019, Leon was appointed as a senior aide to the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union and led the Secretary of State’s personal media and communications activity throughout the re-negotiation of the Withdrawal Agreement and 2019 General Election. Following a Cabinet reshuffle, Leon fulfilled a similar role for the Chief Secretary to the Treasury at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following his departure from Westminster and Whitehall, Leon founded a strategic communications consultancy, which advises high-profile CEOs, political leaders and philanthropists on public image, stakeholder relations and leadership communications. He is also a Senior Advisor at advertising agency, M&C Saatchi.

Leon spent three years living and studying in the Midlands whilst at University and, though a Spurs fan, keeps a keen eye on the results of Coventry City FC.
