Extensive Executive and Non Executive Experience in private and PE backed companies as well as SMEs and EOTs, Sarah holds an FT Non-Executive Director Diploma, a prestigious qualification that demonstrates her competence and credibility as a board member.
Recently appointed to the Lord Chancellors advisory committee for the West Midlands, Sarah is also the Chair of the Advisory Board of the Centre for the New Midlands CIC overseeing its strategic direction, integrity and governance.

Sarah has a strong track record of driving transformational change and growth, creating value through engaging customer and colleague experiences, and diversifying product offerings to penetrate new markets. She has been recognised as a Business Woman of the Year finalist, a Regional Law Firm of the Year winner, and a Lawyer Hot 100 listee.
Sarah leverages her extensive executive and non executive experience, as well as her coaching certification from Barefoot Coaching Ltd, to help clients achieve their strategic, operational, and leadership goals. She is passionate about creating value through engaging customer and colleague experiences, driving organisational and cultural change, and safeguarding interests through corporate ethics and governance.
With a creative mindset to find practical solutions that add value, Sarah combines vision, innovation and agile management to leverage opportunities, safeguard interests and drive organisational and cultural change.
She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Law from Coventry University in 2022. Formerly the Deputy Under Sheriff of the West Midlands and a member of the Nominations Committee for the High Sheriffs’ Association. Sarah has also worked as a “Pilotlighter” for the charity PilotLight and was a trustee of a local homeless charity Helping Hands.
