Debbie’s curiosity and inquisitive nature led her naturally into market research. After beginning her career at one of the UK’s largest global agencies, she went on to found her own firm, Flume, from her dining room table 20 years ago.
Today, Flume is an independent, female-founded market research agency based in the Midlands, working globally with some of the world’s best-known brands. Flume offers a full range of market research services. Its mission is simple: to help clients grow by making their brands easier to think of, buy, and use.
Debbie is proud that Flume has remained female-founded, owned, and led, with the majority of its team and directors also women. This is something that shouldn’t be noteworthy, but sadly is (and was even more so when Debbie founded Flume 20 years ago.) Equally, she is committed to championing the Midlands as a hub for creativity and innovation, contributing to the economic and professional reputation of the region.
