Turnkey is Craig’s third career, following successful corporate executive roles, a decade in growth consultancy, before moving on to scaling up high-potential startups.
Experienced in delivering significant growth results across large corporate blue chips, ambitious mid-market scaleups, and owner managed startups. Over 25 years’ corporate experience working with the most recognisable brands in the world, such as John Lewis, RBS, BMW, LV=, Mercedes and Direct Line, designing and implementing growth strategies, scaling up businesses in operational roles at board level.
In 2016 Craig left the corporate world to form Beyond Brand; a growth agency focused on helping ambitious mid-market businesses scale and outperform their competition to become the default choice in their target markets. Craig launched Turnkey, a Scaleup Builder in 2022. Specifically focused on turning high potential startups into scaleups, by providing them with a unique proposition that helps them unlock the opportunity in their market segment. With a goal of delivering a £10m+ exit to over 50 scaleup businesses in the next 10 years, Turnkey is building a portfolio of admired ventures, delivering excellent growth performance across various market segments and sectors.
