Rebecca has worked in further education for over 12 years, supporting both local residents to gain sills needed to enter and progress in employment and support employer to gain the talent they need by developing new curriculum.
Rebecca is passionate about ensuring our local communities and economy have access to the support, skills and qualifications needed to prosper. Rebecca also heads up the regions retrofit training facility as part of the construction technical excellence college and chairs the Birmingham and Solihull Access to Health & Social Care faculty for the integrated care board. Prior to joining the education sector Rebecca worked for a national firm of accountants as a national marketing executive.
