Raynee is a construction leader with a background in civil engineering and deep contractor-side experience. She began her career on-site with the London 2012 Olympics and has since worked across major sports infrastructure, aviation, water, residential, and education projects, giving her a robust understanding of both delivery and strategic growth across varied sectors.

Raynee has led high-impact pursuits and strategic initiatives across pre-construction and business development, helping shape winning approaches that align innovation with client and community needs. Her work is driven by a passion for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), digital transformation, and smarter, more collaborative delivery models.

A Chartered Member of the CIOB, Raynee is committed to cross-sector collaboration, STEM advocacy, and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals all with the goal of building a sector that is more resilient, forward-thinking, and people-focused.

Raynee strongly advocates for the cross-pollination of ideas, embracing failures as learning opportunities, and developing the resilience to iterate and try again. Her heart lies within the West Midlands community, where she contributes to creating spaces that empower the next generation to flourish and become the best versions of themselves. Above all, her roots in the West Midlands are a testament to her unwavering commitment to the region, as she remains a true Brummie at heart.
