Victoria is an accomplished leader in communications and income generation, with a distinguished career spanning the charity, education, healthcare, and engineering sectors. She currently serves as Director of Income Generation at Acorns Children’s Hospice, where she leads the organisation’s fundraising, retail, and engagement strategies to ensure a sustainable future for vital children’s palliative care services across the West Midlands.
Prior to joining Acorns, Victoria held senior roles at the University of Birmingham, where she spearheaded the institution’s largest-ever fundraising campaign, Birmingham In Action, with an ambitious goal of raising over £600 million to support research, student access, and community impact. Alongside this, she led initiatives to elevate the University’s global profile, strengthen its brand, and foster international collaboration.
Victoria brings deep expertise in strategic fundraising, stakeholder engagement, brand development, and ESG strategies. She is a regular speaker and panelist across the charity sector, an active mentor to students, and contributes her insight and leadership as a trustee and advisor to several charitable boards.
