With expertise in the construction and built environment sector, Muhammad focuses on bridging the gap between underrepresented communities and career opportunities.
Having started his career as a site labourer, Muhammad has first-hand experience of the barriers faced by ethnic minorities in the industry. This lived experience fuels his commitment to creating a level playing field where everyone has equal access to opportunities, regardless of background.
Passionate about equality and social mobility, Muhammad focuses on supporting individuals to access jobs, training and career prospects, helping foster long-term growth for both people and communities.
In addition to leading SibiNet, Muhammad serves as a board member for the Smethwick Partnership Board, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing local communities and delivering impactful change.
