Katie McPhilimey is the Founding Director of ‘Three Blondes and a Brunette’ – a bespoke communications agency.
Katie was the founding editor of Live 24-Seven magazines, home to the largest regional magazine in the Midlands. A former Media Advisor to Jaguar’s Sports Academy, Katie has also worked for the BBC Children In Need charity helping to deliver important strategic deals with the likes of Nike and ASDA.
As part of a small dedicated team, Katie also took communications giant, NTL through their rebrand and project managed manufacturing deals in India, Africa and Europe.
In addition to the magazines, more recently Katie could be seen on SKY 191 as Presenter of Midlands Life on Irish TV, a weekly television show. A regional board member of ‘Variety, The Children’s Charity’ Katie also supports many other charities to include The Prince’s Trust, NSPCC – just a few that have benefitted from her fundraising initiatives.
Katie graduated from Coventry University, where she read Computer Science & Economics. She has a CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications and also has LAMDA Bronze & Silver Medals Public Speaking.
